Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Technician opportunity available!
Are you an ILS Specialist with 8 years experience in Life Cycle Material Management or ILS Technician for IM/IT or communications systems/project?
Applicants MUST meet the following;
A College diploma/certificate in Electrical/Communications or related IM/IT field of study
RATED/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in providing the following ILS technical services;
(a) Implementing an ILS Maintenance Plan;
(b) Implementing an ILS Supply Support Plan;
(c) Implementing an ILS Technical data management plan; and
(d) Implementing a Materiel Handling and Transportation plan
- Experience working with the SAP systems or the following DND specific SAP systems for ILS purposes; DRMIS/MASIS; Omega PS
- Experience with the following ILS data management tasks;
(a) Preparing and inputting ILS data for initial provisioning of spares or repair parts;
(b) Tracking, correcting and recording system and equipment configuration status; and
(c) Tracking and recording system and equipment configuration conformance
- Experience in preparing or updating the following documents;
(a) Technical Instructions and Orders for IT/Communications systems;
(b) IT/Communications technical specifications and drawings;
(c) Reports resulting from the analysis of maintenance, repair and overhaul data
Must have a government Secret clearance
