The Role:
In this role you will be working with a top-notch software development team and play a critical role in building cutting edge eReading solutions for our Mobile Applications. This is an ideal role for a Jr. Developer with a particular eye for the details, who has a passion for finding the needle in a haystack.

You will apply your knowledge of QA test methodologies, practices, tools and technologies in an agile development environment. This role is part tester, part developer, so we're looking for someone who excels in both. In addition to simply loving technology, you are a highly adaptable team player who thrives on driving innovation. You've got a positive, fun and supportive attitude and a passion for building quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, confirm and influence the interpretation of high level requirements between teams into clear, simple and actionable specifications - Support client teams in implementing the API and troubleshooting their issues - Write Cucumber scenarios to verify developer's implementation, and follow-up with developer to resolve any issues - Create release branches and prepare deployments - Protect the health of the API, and make sure we don't break anything with each new release - Write release notes and update the API Wiki
Requirements:
- Strong network/Client Server programming experience - Previous experience with API or Webservices development - Some familiarity with Ruby, C# or Java and WebServices - Can figure their way out in large code-bases - Experience with git or similar systems
